I design flash banner with flash cs5 adobe programs, but when put on the phone website viewable k.

Flash is not supported on many mobile devices like iphones and ipads. It will not work. Modern web - Avoid using flash for things like this. HTML5, Canvas etc is the direction to go to have things run on the web and on mobiles and run well.
