Not working properly in games

I have problems then i´m playing a certain game online. It's called Legend Online and I have many problems with it. it chrashes several times a day. mostely I got a wite screen with aexclamation sign or it freeze and the websight goes all black.. And sometime the screen is freesing and somtimes it's lags alot while i'm playing. Is there a solution to this problem or do admin have to make a new vision of flash player? All the palyer is experiencing this several times per day. we have contacted our admin on legend online. But they refers to update IE, and Flashplayer....Any solution to this problem would be nice?
