offensive private messages

I have received an offensive private message in my Adobe inbox.  I do not feel that opening a new discussion on the public forum should be a place for foreigners to attempt to make personal contact.  I have not deleted this from my inbox as yet as I would like someone to explain how I can have this person removed from accessing forum members.  Thanks for your help.
