official dwnload link to distribute flash displays old version

i recently filed for the official distributing of lfash player. all went well, got the confirmation email and the new dowload location, BUT on this location i only see the old (.270 & .267) versions of flash.
the new version (.286) that is currently available for download at the old distribution page (that will be decomissioned on march 1st) and via regular webpage is not there?

any clues why?
