Offline/stand alone versions of flash

Question

Hi, in my company our admin accounts do not have access to the internet so to update to the latest version of flash we need a offline installer. I have trawled through adobe pages and cannot find it please point me in the right direction

Please apply for a distribution license (free for most use cases) at Adobe Flash Player Distribution | Adobe. Most requests are approved within 2-3 business days. Once approved you will receive an email with the link to download the offline installers.

Please note the following:

Currently we are receiving a very, very high number of licensing requests. The vast majority are processed without issue, however, a small percentage are experiencing issues. The licensing team is trying to get through these as quickly as possible. The email will come from noreply@adobe.com and have a PDF attachment. Please ensure your spam filters, firewall rules, anti-virus, etc do not block the email. If you don't receive the email with 2-3 business days, please don't apply a second time. Post back here and I'll follow-up with the licensing team. Also post back here if you do receive the email.
