oh my god.. I delete window10 flash player.

Microsoft embeds Flash Player in IE and Edge on Windows 10, as such, it's considered a component of the browser and the only way to delete it is to manually unlock the permissions on the Flash Player files and delete the files.  Quite a bit of steps to take to intentionaly delete the file.  Due to it being integrated in IE/Edge, a separate Flash Player standalone installer does not exist for ActiveX on Windows 10 (or 8.x, which also embeds Flash Player in IE).

There's a few options you can try, but no guarantee they'll work.

• Run Windows Update and see if there's a Flash Player ActiveX Update for IE/Edge available
• Find a previous Flash Player Update for IE/Edge KB article and run the installer.
  • For example: Microsoft Update Catalog has a list of the monthly updates
• Run System File Checker to repair files/permissions: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929833
• You may need to do the above several times until you find one that works, that is if you find one that works.
• Refresh Windows 10s: Recovery options in Windows 10 - Windows Help  See Reset Your PC > Keep my files

If these options do not fix the problem, please contact Microsoft customer support or their community forums.
