old version install Flash player- keeps prompting

hi, i have this popup window that shoots from time to time,

not sure what triggers it,

i re-started my laptop, here is one occasion,

when i click on it, it says...

how do i eliminate this item so it does not pops up from time prompting me to install?

it is happening in a MAC laptop, MacBook
