Hi, If you have Win7, then you are using IE8 as one of the browsers. Do you use any other browser, like FF?(Firefox) If so what version is that?

Also do you have a 32bit or 64bit edition of Win7?

Go here and test with each browser:

    http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/.

Can you see the Flash Player logo(Red F) animate(spin)? What version of Flash Player is Displayed that's Installed?

    Do this with each browser.

Have you had any Viruses/Malware? If so which program removed it? What Anti-Virus program do you have Installed now?

    Thanks,

Thanks for the info. Go to Tools, Internet Options using IE. Under the Security Tab, make sure the Setting for the Internet Zone is at Medium.

Then go to this test site and RIGHT click on the Flash Player logo, click on Settings ,then Display Settings. UNcheck the hardware acceleration. http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/

The Flash Player Forum has had Technical problems today and even tho I sent you a message about 11:30AM today, it didn't go thru.

    Thanks,

Hi there, :-).  I'm here waiting too because my Adobe Flash is messed

    up.

What the moderators need is a bunch of info anout what kind of system you are using etc.

If you go to the main page for discussions there's a place in the top left corner where it tells you all the info they need. I'll try and find the exact spot and message you again.

That way you'll be way ahead and not have to wait again after you give them the info they need.

Hi Tonisback, thanks for helping out. I just sent you a message, hope it went thru. I've had ISP issues & Forum issues.

Will be trying to catch up with those waiting before helping new threads.
