Ongoing issues with image and video loading in FF and Chrome?

It seems that Adobe Flash Player incompatibility issues with Mozilla Freezefox are being avoided, as they keep passing the buck back and forward. I have tried several suggestions to no avail. My bowsers are up-to-date, and I rolled them back too. It is useless to blame my Windows 7 computer, since it is relatively new, with 8Gb RAM, Intel i3 and 1Tb hard drive. I have carried out Malware and virus scans daily and brought it back to the shop. It all comes back to Adobe and it's refusal to deal with the ongoing issues with its Flash Player. Pages are constantly buffering when loading. Images are constantly buffering when loading. Videos are constantly buffering when loading. Often, I have to give up waiting and switch to another browser, only to find that Chrome now has the same issue. I have also recently updated Flash. Adobe have become extremely arrogant and refuse categorically to deal with this. Grrrr!!

I have 7 (seven) machines running Firefox - XP(x64 SP3), Vista (x64 Sp2), Win7 (x64 Sp1), Win 8 (x64 - two machines), Mac OS 10.8.5, and Mac OS 10.7.5 No less than 4Gb RAM in any of them. 8gb in one Win8 machine and 16Gb in my primary Mac.

Firefox is lightning fast in ALL of them. I'm not bragging, I'm saying that this ISN'T a problem with your computer per se, it's most likely some other software or a plugin causing the slowdown. 99% of Flash Player problems are caused by things like toolbars, or other video players (RealPlayer is the worst). Streaming issues can be caused by outdated or corrupt video drivers, or not enough VRAM. 8Gb SYSTEM RAM is great for Win7, but not enough VRAM (you didn't say how much you have) can cause stuttering, and corrupted network adapter drivers can too.

For the record... (non flash) WEBPAGES and PHOTOS do not use Flash Player to load. That's pure HTML, and if your browser is slow to load HTML pages with no Flash content, you have connectivity problems. If you doubt it, UNINSTALL Flash Player and check to see if the problem persists loading pages and photos in Firefox. WHEN (or if) it does, you'll see that the problem is elsewhere.

The fact that this also occurs with Chrome (which has its own proprietary build of Flash Player, modified by Google - not Adobe) only solidifies the claim that it ISN'T the Flash Player, but your connection, or drivers.
