ookla says i have no flash

ookla speed test says i need flash...i have flash in windows 10, i try to remove it and it says i need to be an administrator..I am an administrator, what's going on here?

Hi,

If you're using Internet Explorer or Edge on Windows 10, Microsoft embeds Flash Player in the browser and it cannot be uninstalled.

thanks for the answer but I have done all those things and still nothing

Are you accessing the page with a Local Account or Microsoft Account?

Is the user ID a standard user or Administrator user?

Does the problem occur on Internet Explorer or Edge or both?

Have you tried viewing the page in Compatibility View: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/internet-explorer/use-compatibility-view#ie=ie-11
