Open Settings

Hello everybody

I have a reakky annoying issue with Flash Player. I use Windows 10 and first it didn't work but I disabled hardware acceleration and everything was fine. But today Flash Player started crashing again and I wanted to open the settings again but it is not possible. When I right-click on a flash-video there are no settings in context menu so i'm basically unable to see if the hardware acceleration is still turned off. Windows 10 is updating very often in the last weeks because of the anniversary update so maby this the reason. I uninstalled Flash Player twice but it didn't help. So my question is: What can I do to check my settings?
