After the latest update, I have to right-click the Flash Player puzzle piece icon to open a document> I use Chrome on WIndows 10.

    Hi,

Are you referring to the latest Chrome update, or Flash Player update?

Please check to see if Flash Player is enabled.  See Enable Flash Player for Chrome

There's another plug-ins settings in Chrome's content settings

    • Launch Chrome and navigate to chrome://settings/content
    • When the Content Settings window displays, scroll down to Plugins
    • Select the option you want:
      • Run all plugin content
      • Detect and run important plugin content (recommended)
      • Let me choose when to run plugin content
    • You also have the option to manage exceptions, or manage individual plugins.
    • Clicking the 'Manage individual plugins...' link takes you to chrome://plugins/ where you can set Flash Player to always run.
