Has this issue been resolved yet? I don't see the resolution from the chain posting.

I have exact same problem, tried both online and offline installation, and both failed without an error number.

Also followed the troubleshooting instruction and uninstalled the Flash Player. So now, I have no Flash player in my computer system (OS 10.10.3).

If the issue has been resolved, please post solution. Thank you.

Hi MuzikRules

I have replied to your post in Flash Player 18a installation failed but have not heard back from you.  Posting the same thing in multiple threads is confusing to keep track of and confusing for users with similar issues.  Please post replies at Flash Player 18a installation failed

Thank you.

I have the same problem and have been through the uninstall and install protocol ... will follow Craigm69609251's advice and post Monday.

Did you ever receive a response to this?  I re-posted and still have yet to hear anything.

Thank you,

I never got a response from Adobe that I know of. I kept searching with Google to some other sites and eventually found one (but don’t ask me now to remember what it was!) and did finally successfully download Flashplayer. I think it was a site with Answers in its name. Or something similar. Unfortunately my Safari history was set to save only the past 48 hours (changed that) and so I can’t go resort to my history to find that site again.

Try this:

Click on the following Adobe link. Go to the bottom where it says, "Still having problems?". Click on the link for your browser.

Have done numerous times (and just did again) following instructions exactly as written and installation continues to fail.
