my pc started crashing about a month ago ,while playing games or watching streaming video . gradually it got worse then i seen drivers were missing from my printer and i had to reinstall printer And it got better for a while .i think it has something to do with uninstalling google chrome, maybe taking drivers from flash player and making it cause problems?

Google Chrome is a browser... it has no drivers, it uses no drivers, and it has nothing in it to change drivers.

Some HP printers use a Flash interface for the print dialog, bt Flash Player doesn't install any drivers. it uses what your system has, where applicable.

Click Start>Run (or press the Windows key + R if your start menu doesn't have the Run command enabled)

Type "sfc /scannow" (minus the quotes)

Let the System File Checker (SFC) run.

It'll take a while, and it should repair anything that isn't working right.

You may need your Windows install disc if it finds a file it can't repair from stored system files.

If you don't have a Windows install disc, you will probably have to take the PC to a local shop to have it repaired there.
