PDF interactive not working

Hi!
I created an interactive PDF using Indesign, and for some reason when i export the file, and open it with acrobat the videos in the PDF file dont work.
theres an error messege: "to view the flash technology content in the pdf file, please install the requierd version of flash player."
when i try to get in the link to the version theres an 404 error and i cant download this specific version of flash.

please help!!

    You do certainly need a Flash Player to do this. Mac or Windows? (It isn't clear what will happen to interactive PDFs when Flash Player is stopped completely in 15 months time).

    I do have a flash player, for PC, downloaded it again today just to be sure
