Picture jitters

Flash Player 20,0,0,306 Firefox on Win 7. The sound is OK, but the image jitters. I've tried everything listed in the troubleshoot file.

Could you please follow below steps:

Right click on Flash content , go to Settings,and untick the option "Enable hardware acceleration".

See if it works.
