Hello.

My adobe flash player hasn't been workig for a while. Now that I've decited to deal with it, I've managed to get it to work uninstalling and reinstalling it. However, upon restarting my computer, it ceaces working again, which forces me to "fix" it all the time.
My internet security doesn't seem to cause this, because I've allowed everything without result.

I've the same problem on my PC but not my laptop.

Flash works Ok with firefox 3 not with IE7.

I've also tried everything I've found on other forums without any luck.

Let me know if I can extract any reg data to help this issue along.

    Thanks in advance.

Typical I spend three days looking for an answer, post a message then find a fix that works for me...

Hope this works for you guys too.

The cmd fix below is a little different to other cmd files I've found on the web as it changes the user permissions not just the system and administrator permissions.

Before you try the fix below start IE with "run as administrator" and see if flash loads OK, if so the below fix will sort you out.

    Enjoy.

    Hi,

I have the same problem and after many downloads I found that it does work on Firefox and still not on Internet Explorer so it is probably a Windows registry problem. I tried to look at the technical documentation on this site but it is easy too busy or not working right now.

    Thanks, Pete
