Player Version 9,0,115,0 Installed Successfully

I have been having a problem with the Player Version 9,0,115,0 Installed Successfully?? yes what happens is after it is being used on Video for instance like in My space Video Channel as it starts buffering an plays it stops for a few seconds an then restarts as its buffering then restarts which makes watching the Video not enjoyable because of the con stance stops an starts.

I have Widows XP SP2 Home Edition with Explorer7 browser.

Windows Internet Explorer (and other browsers that support Internet Explorer ActiveX controls and plug-ins) 9,0,115,0

Also i am using Firefox/2.0.0.13. I have the same problem with Player Version 9,0,115,0 Installed Successfully.

Windows Firefox, Mozilla, Netscape, Opera (and other plugin-based browsers) 9,0,115,0

Anyone got any tips to help me correct this as it used to work ok.

    I am actually amazed no one can help me with this problem with flash9 player.

    Am in exactly the same position you are. Somehow the programs are corrupted.I also would like to know the fix

    I don't know if it is the update for flash player or IE7 but I have the same problem. I would love to know the fix. If anyone can pass a way to fix this I will be very gratefull.
