Please help a veteran user

I am 73 years of age & a widow.

Have been a competent computer user since they have been around.

But this has me stumped.

I cannot install the Flash Player on my new laptop.. Windows 7.

Followed all the troubleshooting instructions to no avail.

Is there some kind person who could help me download & install without all the complications?

I would be very grateful.
