Please Help With Flash on Chrome

So I have had to uninstall flash which went fine. The problem I have is with installing it. I have tried at least 8 times now. It either stops at 52% and says Chrome is open which it never was or it says it's finished and takes me to a page that doesn't load and when I look at my downloads it says it's deleted. It will NOT let me reinstall it no matter what I try to do
