PLEASE STOP THIS RIDICULOUS INSTALLATION PROCEDURE!

I'm sure I'm not the only one that finds the way Flash needs to be installed absolutely infuriating?

So there's an updater utillity, that does the following:

-tells you there's an update (which there seems to be about 2-3 times a week..really?), urges you to install > press button

-installer seemingly quits, takes you to web page, where you have to download ANOTHER installer. Offers you to download some more crap you don't need and have to untick.

-this downloaded installer gets run, which then NEEDS TO DOWNLOAD MORE CRAP FROM THE INTERNET, then installs flash player

-once finished, it again needs to switch to a browser to tell you that it has installed - AND THEN OFFERS YOU MORE CRAP

Seriously? Is this not 2015, where most apps can just self update, or at least download its update in the background and then run it, without intervention? Is that not what a pleasant user experience should be?

Or is it perhaps a way to somewhat sneakily peddle more crap apps to unsuspecting users, who might forget to untick a box in this lengthy and tedious update process?

(the amount of time I've had to uninstall mcaffee from relatives is beyond a joke)

You are managing to achieve the exact opposite of what this user experience is about - instead of me getting interested in Adobe products, it actually makes me a look even harder at alternatives.
