"Plug-in" failure with Flash 26

Question

Ever since downloading Flash 26 I receive "plug-in failure" notices on streaming websites, gaming websites and myriad other venues.  I have contacted Apple support several times and they have taken me to extremes in an attempt to fix Adobe Flash 26.  I downloaded Firefox and it crashed due to "massive plug-in failure".  I would like to go back to Flash 25 but I can't find it on Adobe's website.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
