Plugin not installing

Hey there,

Does anyone have the same problem as me? I tried to download the flash plugin but it's not working!

I tried everything I can from a clean installation and closing every application but even when i finish downloading and it says done, the plugin doesn't appear in  safari preferences or the internet plugins folder!

Whats happening!
