Pokémon Global Link thinks I'm logged out.

Hello, I'm using Windows 7 Home Premium Edition, 64-bit with the latest version of Flash Player, but the site constantly thinks I am logged out and automatically sends me to this screen whenever I try to access the Dream World, the Promotions Page, or the EZ mail page when logged in:

I have already contacted Pokémon Support with it, and they said they couldn't help because they could not replicate the problem. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Flash several times, as well as uninstalling and reinstalling Chrome, since it has a plugin (Please note that the website reacts the same way in all the browsers I have tried, not just Chrome). I also have cleared every cache I could, including the Flash Player cache itself, and it still has not resolved the problem. I'm assuming there's some sort of setting on my computer related to Flash in some way that would make this site react like this whenever I try to access certain parts of it, but there is no way I can possibly find out. And it's really irritating, especially considering it seems to be only an issue with this particular computer alone, as I was able to log in on a different computer elsewhere. If there is any way that I can fix this without having to completely restore my computer to factory settings, then it would be lovely, because I don't think restoring my computer completely is worth it just to access one certain site completely... Thank you, and I sincerely hope this problem can be figured out in some way...
