This just started happening today, February 26, 2013. When I open ANY type of Game website, an image control panel pops open immediately. The control panel is for, Adobe Flash Player Settings RE; Storage. The text in the panel is blurred and the panel is frozen. I am unable to check off any of the available options...Allow, Deny, Close, etc. I am unable to access the website, due to this frozen control panel. As I said, this just started happening today and it occurs on ANY type of website that offers Games. I also attempted to go on a new Game website, that I have never used before and the same issue occurs. I have Right Clicked on the website to go into Settings and try to resolve it that way. When I do that the List opens, but Settings will not open (I even attempted to open Global Settings, without luck). How can I fix this?

Google Chrome Version 25.0.1364.97

Windows 7

A couple of things to try.  First, I suspect you are using the NPAPI version of Flash Player.  We've discovered a bug that is at least effecting the text display with this version and might also be making the panel unresponsive.  Can you switch to the PPAPI version (see the FAQ below and instead of selecting NPAPI, choose the PPAPI) to see if that helps?

Enable system Flash Player in Google Chrome | Windows | Mac

Next, go into your Flash Player control panel (located with your other Windows control panels) and in the Storage tab, make sure that "Allow sites to save information on this computer" is selected.

Thanks,

Chris
