POP_UPS

Question

What do I do when every time I switch pages I get a pop-up at the bottom stating that it wants to run add-ons to flash player! Also, every since the updates last week I have been getting unwanted pop-ups on webpages even though I have pop-up blocker turned on in windows! It is very annoying when I get all the porn pop-ups when trying to read a story! Also I have been unable to use the back button on certain sites since ther last update!
