problem download flash player on Linux 32-bit

im having trouble downloading Adobe Flash Player on to my laptop which is run on Linux 32-bit. I am new to this type of software and i really need help on how can i download it?? and what to do?? i have tried downloading Flash Player but it never is shown it is downloaded. why is this??

    Download it from http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/

    If you still cannot download it, try a different browser.

    It still will not work i have also tried different browers but, it still wont allow me to down load it i am totally stuck on this one and i really need it as i am a youtuber which this is kind of important
