Problem executing video file

Hello I uploaded a file on my site, but I'm having trouble distributing it.

How can i run it using flash player? So my users can easily see it

    you don't need flash to run a video on browser today (unless you need to play your movie in browsers that don't support html5), but be aware of what format browsers support.

    now if you really want flash plugin to manage your video so just type in search engine "JW player" or "html movie player" etc...

    there are hundreds of examples.
