problem loading images and sliders

Hi i am having problems with loading flash player on [link removed]. The slider and moving impages are not loading i have also tried a different website www.webappsol.uk but it works perfectly fine.Any help would be appreciated.Note* I am having problems on desktop and mobile

The Site related to London [Link removed by moderator] is working fine but the website should perform faster this can be achived with the latest adobe Technology

i'm not seeing any Flash content on these sites. Is there Flash content or are you self-promoting your sites?  Also, Flash Player isn't supported on mobile devices and hasn't been for many years.
