Problem streaming videos on El Capitan.

I recently moved and started having problems streaming videos from a site I subscribe to.  I usually use it everyday.  After I moved I had to clear the cache before the videos would play.  Now nothing seems to help.  Everything else on the page downloads fine, text charts logos etc.

I have updated to the latest Flash player.  i have allow plugins ticked in security.  Not sire what else to try
