Problem to watch a BBC Bitesize video

Hello, I'm having a problem when I want to watch a BBC Bitesize video, it tells me that the content doesn't seem to be working, try later. My flash player is updated and enabled too. It says the following things when I open the contextual menu: 1.14.16.1719411 smpflash/ p011svhv / programme / 0/ Error 1024. Thank you for your help
