Problem using flash player after installation

I have installed and uninstalled flash player 20 times. Every time I try to view a video it tells me I need flash player. I download it, I installed if and it says it sucessfully installed. I closed the browser, start the browser and open the page and I get the same results.

The same thing happens to me running in Chrome on an HP Windows 10 laptop. I wish somebody at Adobe or HP would read this growing string and provide us a workaround or fix installer.exe.
