Problem with Adobe Flash Player in Mozilla Firefox

When do all the installation steps and arrive at the gray screen installation it hangs at 0% and it is written that you are installing, but after several minutes does not install Mozilla Firefox, what do I do?

  • Your operating system & version, including if it's 32- or 64-bit
  • Your web browser(s) & version
  • Flash Player version, if installed
  • Link to the page you are downloading Flash Player from
  • Provide a screenshot of the error: http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1070933
