Problem with Flash Player 11.5.502.135 and all Firefox versions

Hey together,

we have a "flash platform" in a web solution from a customer.

This is a content element which contains variable jpg's which overlay each other and it can be played as diashow

or you can click on the slides and the jpg's change trough.

With the Flash Player version 11.5.502.135 sometimes the whole platform is white, or particular jpg's don't appear when you click the slide

or the diashow is running. Sometimes the jpg's are there and in the same moment they disappear.

With the Flash Player version 10.3. is everything working fine and also it is working perfect in IE and Chrome.

Just all Firefox versions have these problems with version 11.5.502.135

I'm sorry that I can't give you the web solution for example, this is an intranet of our customer,

so I can't show you these application.

What can I do ? Any idea's ?

Thank you very much!

Upgrades to Flash are almost always initially hindered by RealPlayer.  First culprit is usually an extension called Real Player Record Plugin -- disable that then restart Firefox and see if Flash works.  If not, then disable all other Real Player plugins, and then this time restart Firefox and see if Flash works.  If it doesn't, then good luck; but this always works for me.  Also, just by disabling the extension above, I got Firefox 17 to work with this newest Flash update.

Does the same thing happen if you disable Hardware Acceleration?

I'm facing a very similar problem, which I have reported here, but so far no solution has been offered. What I've done on my own to solve the problem was to revert to 10.3, but that may not work for you (it's not ideal for me either.) If you can get your hands on another Flash 11 version (VERY hard to find, Adobe seems incredibly eager to suppress any version of Flash that is not the most recent one) that might also work for you. Good luck.
