problem with flash player

I don't know if it was that i installed Flash player 10 or it was something else but since a couple of hours ago every time I go to my website or a couple of other websites I built and try to watch my Flash gallery the browser give me a white screen and tells me:
"Please upgrade your Flash Player.
Already have Flash Player? Click here if you have Flash Player 6 installed."
when I click "Click here if you have Flash Player 6 installed" the gallery start working as usual, How can I avoid this white screen???
It happens with Firefox and Chrome, it doesn't happens with IE (which is actually the one I don't use)

    try using a different web browsers

    firefox, explorer, netscape, chrome

    this post is nearly 2 years old...., UNBELIEVABLE, what is the reason to exist of this forum???

    Im having the same problems as everyone else stop background programs the use flash.uninstall with tool done the reset zip tool with microsoft program together.until the issue is cleared up and i have gotten some help from adobe im running firefox ....SO HELPPPPPPP PLEASE
