Problem with Flash Player

Because this content is running in the browser, this is a necessary mitigation to prevent phishing.  Without it, an attacker could draw pixel-perfect rendering of a browser, making very convincing impostor sites to capture important credentials like banking logins.

As a content provider, if you wanted to provide an experience that didn't require these kinds of notifications, you could use Adobe AIR to provide your Flash content as a standalone application.
