Problem with flash player

The flash player in chrome browser running perfectly with YouTube and vimeo.com but when i trying watch any video in this site [moderator: link deleted.  self-promoting your site is not allowed on the forums] it's not running and ask me update flash although the flash player is the latest version.

can any one help me about this problem plz ?
