Problem with flash while playing online games.

Since a week or so my facebook games crashes and i have to refresh. Also when i`m playing bingo on gamepoint, the game often freezes.

It looks like my internetconnection crashes to, but it doesn`t show on my modemlogs.

I updated flash, removed cache, deleted temp. files and cookies and did everything what the adobe help told me to do. I even reset my modem but it still giving me a hard time. And i scanned my computer for a virus or spam and it`s clean.

I use chrome browser and yes it`s up to date, but i have the same problem in explorer.

Does anyone else having this problem? And what can i do about it?
