Yesterday I turn on video online and I get error in video player 'Nieobsługiwany format wideo lub MIME' (not supported video format or MIME). I searched for solution in internet and someone wrote it is problem with Adobe Flash Player. I uninstalled it and downloaded from official site. Installator showed me this: Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet , so I used uninstallator once again and restart computer. When I checked it out, Adobe site showed me this: Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet  and videos still do not work I do not have plugin in browser too. I do not know what is going on, please, help me!

HI,

The screenshot Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet  shows that there was an error during installation.  Unfortunately, the entire error is not visible and you didn't post the contents of the entire error.  Based on your comments, it doesn't appear that Flash Player is installed.  Please provide the following:

  • What Service Pack, if any is installed on the Windows XP system?
  • Post the entire error message (you'll need to mouse-over the error message to display the entire contents in a tool-tip).
  • Upload the following log files to cloud.acrobat.com/send using the instructions at How to share a document and post the link to the uploaded files in your reply.
    • FlashInstall.log file saved at C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash.  If this is a 64-bit OS, the FlashInstall.log file saved at C:\Windows\SysWOW\64\Macromed\Flash is also required
    • Adobe_ADM.log and Adobe_GDE.log files saved at C:\Documents and Settings\<YourUserID>\Local Settings\Temp\Adobe_ADMLogs

Thank you.

Hi,

The error you're getting (you have to uninstall the program to continue. If you want to install these versions, you must first run the uninstaller program flash player) is because you previously installed a beta version (25.0.0.119) and you are now attempting to install the latest stable release version (24.0.0.221).  In order to do this, you must use the uninstaller to remove the installed beta version and then install the stable version.  Please do the following:

  1. Download the uninstaller posted at Uninstall Flash Player for Windows
  2. Download the latest installer posted at Adobe Flash Player Install for all versions
  3. Close all browsers and applications that may use Flash Player (e.g. instant messaging clients, etc)
  4. Run the uninstaller downloaded in step 1
  5. After the uninstaller completes, reboot the system
  6. Make sure no programs that may use Flash Player are open (e.g. browsers, instant messaging clients, etc)
  7. Run the installer downloaded in step 2
  8. If the installer completes without error, got to Flash Player Help and click the 'Check Now' button.  What is the resulting system information?
  9. if the installer fails with an error, post a new screenshot of the entire error and upload new set of install log files.
