Problem with latest flash update version 19

I have a MacBook Pro 17" running Snow Leopard and a Toshiba Satellite with 8.1

I like to watch a CBS soap and several evening shows from their station. The problem I am having is with any browser I use: IE and Chrome (testing only since I do not use them),  FireFox Version 41.01 (Mac and PC) and Safari on mac. I also tried it in SeaMonkey on the mac.

Everywhere I go that uses flash player does not give me a problem with the videos, other than some take forever to buffer...LOL

CBS.com on the other hand will start playing the video just fine (To test it I turned off flashplayer and it said I needed it to see the video so I turned it back on)  after about the first set of commercials it starts to have the worst case of hiccups. Almost like when a record player has a scratched record...the skipping and not going forward is terrible as is the stalling totally. Sometimes I can make the skipping stop so the show continues by going out of full screen mode and pausing. But this is not always working.

I have told them about the issue and that it does not appear anywhere else but they just tell me it must me the computer...it does it on my daughters computers and also a friend that does not live with us so I don't think it is just us.

Is there something you can suggest. I did the app data file deleting that was suggested and that did not help. On the mac I used your removal tool, restarted the computer, installed flashplayer from a new download, restarted the computer again. I also cleared the dns cache of the computer and cache from the browsers to no avail.

I have done all sorts of computer troubleshooting, just to rule that out and nothing helps...the vidoes there still stick, hiccup whatever you want to call it.
