Problem with the downloading of Adobe Flash Player

Hi everyone,

I've got a problem with the downloading of Adobe Flash Player : when I try to download it, it fails.

Indeed, the download of the software stay at 0%. It doesn't work at all. Even after fifteen minutes or more. Even if I try to re-download it, it doesn't work.

I've got a laptop computer with Windows 7 Family Premium.

Can someone help me please ??

    Hi,

    I'd like to obtain the online installer log files from you to troubleshoot further.  Please gather the following files:

    1. Adobe_ADM.log and Adobe_GDE.log saved at C:\Users\<YourUserID>\AppData\Local\Temp\Adobe_ADMLogs

    Upload the files to cloud.acrobat.com using the instructions at How to share a document and post the link to the uploaded files in your reply.

    Also, are you using a proxy server?  If so, how is it configured?
