Tengo instalado Flash player, Sin embargo no puedo ver los contenidos con Flash,

Reinstale flash, Opera, java...y sigue con problemas

alguien puede decirme en este punto, que hacer??

Do you have an ad-blocking or anti-tracking plug-ins installed?  Is JavaScript enabled? Are you using HTTPS Everywhere?

JavaScript can definitely communicate with Flash (that's where those version numbers come from), which indicates that Flash Player is actually invoked and running.  The blank area with the broken image icon is coming from the browser itself, but I'm not sure why that would happen.  Since you've cropped out the top of the browser in your screenshot, I can't look for other interesting clues.
