Problems after updating Flash Player

os x 10.9.5

safari 9.1.3

Hello ! During the update, I hit X . I downloaded the update again (do not remove anything before). The update was successfully.  After this I have problems with video on some sites and with this little picture to verificative that player installed correctly.(the clouds should move  ,but it just gray picture ) I downloaded uninstalling file and do not did everything right first time, downloaded installer , nothing changed . Then used tips from this article - How to perform a "clean install" of Flash Player in Mac OS X- and I did not found folder Internet Plugins/PepperFlashPlayer and Application Support/Adobe/Flash Player , But deleted all I can following instruction . And downloaded Flash player again , nothing changed . But box displays says everything ok and showing version of flash player.

I do not know what to do. Please help!
