Problems Crashing Unresponsive

I am am using both Foxfire and IE and I get the same Error

"Shockwave Flash maybe busy or have stopped responding. You can stop the plugin now or you can continue to see if the plugin will continue."

This eventually goes away but what i am wanting to do "crashes" this is extremely frustrating to say the least. I need to know what I need to do. I've uninstalled it, reinstalled it. Updated Foxfire and IE and now I am wondering if someone here can help me because I don't know what else to do.

I have sent at least 10 crash reports (5 today)

    I am guessing Adobe because it said Send Crash Report.

    Shockwave Flash is Flash Player, not Shockwave Player.
