problems installing flash on mac

Question

this is the first time i have ever posted or had issues with flash player, i don't know if maybe its me or what, but i have tried to clean install and install from the internet and it will not install. when it gets to about 40% it says installation failed. i have uninstalled all flash and reinstalled, i don't know if this means anything, but right before it tells me it failed to install, another flash icon pops up in the strip next to the trash bin. don't know if I'm making any sense, but I'm at my wits end, I'm so frustrated. thanks in advance!!!(not even sure i posted in the right place)

Hi,I'll need to get the install log files from you to troubleshoot the failure. Please review the FAQ Where do I find the Flash Player installation log on the Macintosh? and provide all files (install.log, FlashPlayerInstallManager.log, Adobe_ADM.log, and Adobe_GDE.log) for the same installation attempt. Upload the files to cloud.acrobat.com/send using the instructions at How to share a document​. Post the link to the uploaded files in your reply.Thank you.--Maria
