Problems installing Flash Player

Question

OS: Windows XP sp3Browser: Firefox 43.0.3Hi, I originally downloaded the update for Flash player and although it appeared to download OK when I came to install it it stopped at 50% with he message "installation failed" .I've tried everything on the help files both for Windows and Adobe and also tried removing the earlier version. Unfortunately I can now no longer access anything that uses Flash and I can't install it!  This is driving me mad. HELP PLEASE.Dave

Hi,I'll need to get the install log files to troubleshoot further. Please review the FAQ Where do I find the Flash Player installation log on Windows? and provide all files listed using the instructions linked to at the bottom of the FAQ or another file sharing service of your choice. Post the link to the uploaded files in your reply.Thank you.--Maria
