Problems installing FP 11 in IE 11

FP 11 cannot be installed in IE 11, operating system win7, 32. Program manager lists however the FP pp, v ...152. Add-ons are enabled. Youtube-videos run without problems, other videos e.g. in magazins request the installation of FP. How can I solve this problem?
