Problems Re-Connecting to Flash Player

I have a Auction Business that utilizes a live Auction broadcast on Auction day, via a webcam and a flash based video platform on the website. Each time I bring up a new lot, the web page refreshes, along with the video. Occasionally, and it tends to get worse as the auction progresses, I cannot recconect to the flash player on the website. In some cases I get a red light on the player, other times I cannot see the player at all, and have to keep re-freshing, or hope the flash player comes back. Not good during a live auction. Connection speeds are good, no anti virus or firewalls on. Server runs fast and remainder of web page/ auction platform refreshes fine. Any thoughts on what might be causing this?
