Problems to install flash player

I have some problem to install flash player on my Win 7 64-bit OS for iexplorer 9. I download the program but every time I try to install the program I get:

"The version of this file is not compatible with the version och Windows you're running...etc"

My system info says:

Windows 7 Ultimate N

Service Pack 1

Intel Core 2 Duo 2,66 GHz

64-bit operation system

Help plz!
