Problems using recent version of flash player and wacom bamboo pen as mouse

I have Windows 10 with Google Chrome as my browser and just started having problems using my Wacom Bamboo tablet pen as mouse to move the cursor on a website (WGT.com)  golf game that uses Flash Player( using 24 version) update. This just became a problem 2-3 weeks ago, prior to that it all worked fine. I did not change any of my settings but Chrome and Windows does make automatic updates. My laptop mouse works fine on WGT but I prefer using the pen tablet as the mouse because it is a lot more accurate.  I tried using Firefox and Edge as browsers but it didn't help.  Any suggestions  ?
